Advertising because I'd really like a MINI R52 convertible.
You will not find a better example of an R50 anywhere in Canada.
I am not motivated to sell, but if the right buyer comes along who appreciates what this vehicle is, I would be happy to have it in a new home. This model year is the last of the 1st generation new MINIs and is arguably the best version built. This car does not have any other the common issues associated with MINIs such as power steering pump issues, transmission failures, and thermostat housing leaks.
I purchased this vehicle from the original owner in May xxxx.
I'm currently recovering from surgery, so the car isn't being driven as much. Even so, a new suspension was installed on August 8th. I also have put on 17" Motegi rims as pictured.
The roof has been repaired by MINI Ottawa under the corrosion warranty. The rest of the car (except the hood an bumpers) was replaced by MINI Ottawa in July xxxx under the corrosion warranty as well - both doors, both rear quarter panels, and the hatch.
Installed an upgraded cd player with amp and subwoofer.
I still have the original deck if the new owner wants to re-install it.
I also installed an AFE air intake system. Still have the original air box if the new owner wants to re-install it.
I have all the service records since I've owner the car.
Serviced at Kevin's Auto Care.
New winter tires on separate rims also purchased in the fall of xxxx.
